Mission of the Study Program
The mission of the Master’s Study Program in Management and
Finance (MA) is fully aligned with the mission of the
institution, as it is built upon the same pillars: education
(teaching and learning), science (research activities), and community service
(contributing positively to the economic well-being of society).
The mission of the Management and Finance Study Program is to equip
students with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of
management and finance through modern teaching methods, scientific research,
and the use of contemporary technologies, with the aim of developing
professional and academic capacities in line with the requirements of the
modern economy and labor market.
Purpose of the Study Program
The Management and Finance study
program aims to prepare professionals with advanced knowledge, analytical
skills, and practical competencies in the fields of management and finance,
capable of making strategic decisions in public and private organizations. The
program focuses on developing competencies in financial management,
investments, risk management, data analysis, and leadership by integrating
contemporary approaches, digital technologies, and Artificial Intelligence into
