The Administrative Service at Kolegji Biznesi is a key support unit, designed to facilitate and manage all student and academic administrative processes. The service is managed by the Secretary of the College, who oversees its operations and ensures efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility for all students.
Functions and Responsibilities
The Administrative Service assists students with a wide range of academic and administrative needs, including:
- Semester registration and enrolment procedures
- Exam submission and scheduling
- Access to exam results and academic performance tracking
- Updating and maintaining student records in the College database
- Issuance of academic documents, including Grade Certificates, official Certificates, and Diplomas
- Providing guidance on all matters related to academic procedures and policies
Student Support and Accessibility
The Administrative Service serves as the first point of contact for students, ensuring that their questions, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly. It maintains continuous communication with students to facilitate their academic progress and ensure compliance with College regulations.
Working Hours
To accommodate students’ needs, the Administrative Service is available:
- Monday to Saturday
- From 09:00 to 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
