Quality management

The study program, in accordance with the Quality Assurance Policy and the Quality Assurance Regulation officially approved by Biznesi College, is subject to the quality assurance system, processes, mechanisms, instruments, reports, data collection procedures, deadlines, quality cycle, and the responsibilities of all individuals involved in these processes.

The Quality Assurance Policy is a public document with which all academic and administrative staff, as well as students within the study program, are familiar. The regular and committed academic staff of the study program is fully engaged in the quality assurance process at both the Study Program level and the institutional level of Biznesi College.

Academic staff are members of all academic-scientific bodies of the institution and its study programs, including the following:

  • Strategic Committee of the Board of Directors – The highest governing body in which the Quality Assurance Policy and Strategy of Biznesi College are approved.
  • Higher Educational and Scientific Council – The highest governing body in which the following are approved:
    • Policy and Strategy for Quality Assurance at Biznesi College
    • Key Indicators for Quality Assurance
    • Methods and Criteria for Quality Assessment
    • Members of the Quality Assurance Committee
    • Biznesi College Self-Assessment Report
    • Self-Assessment Reports of Study Programs
    • Decisions on activities necessary for continuous quality improvement in Study Programs and Biznesi College
  • Study Program Council – The highest governing body of the Study Program in which the following are approved:
    • Members of the Quality Assurance Commission at the Study Program level
    • The Self-Assessment Report of the Study Program
    • Decisions on activities necessary for the continuous improvement of quality in the Study Program
  • Quality Assurance Committee – The central commission responsible for:
    • Implementation of the Quality Assurance Policy and Strategy at Biznesi College and Study Programs
    • Implementation of data collection processes for quality assessment (survey processes)
    • Drafting Self-Assessment Reports for Biznesi College and Study Programs
    • Planning activities for continuous quality improvement at Biznesi College and Study Programs
