Scientific Research
The academic staff of the Banking and Finance for Business study program within Biznesi College, through their research activities, have contributed to the continuous development of the program and the gradual advancement of teaching. This has been achieved by implementing and presenting research results within the teaching curricula, as well as by strengthening the specific academic profile in the development of this field. Faculty members publish their research in their respective areas of specialization and integrate research findings and conclusions into relevant courses throughout the teaching process.
Biznesi College is committed to the development and promotion of scientific research through specialized institutes and publishing platforms. This commitment supports the academic development of staff, encourages student research engagement, and contributes to the advancement of higher education in Kosovo.
Scientific research is primarily conducted through the Institute for Scientific Research (IHSH), which promotes interdisciplinary research, provides training for academic staff, and organizes scientific activities such as conferences, seminars, and academic publications. The Institute of Statistics (IS) contributes through opinion research and the analysis of economic phenomena, including the publication of the journal “Trend”. Meanwhile, the Institute for Career Development (IZHK) focuses on the professional development of students and staff through training programs and career guidance initiatives.
Research and academic activities are further supported by the Publishing House of Biznesi College, which publishes university textbooks, books, and scientific journals. To date, more than 74 books and several periodical publications have been released, including the journals “Biznesi”, “Trend”, and “Biznesi Modern”, as well as international and regional journals in collaboration with partner institutions.
These structures operate in an integrated manner, creating a sustainable environment for scientific research, academic development, and institutional impact at both national and international levels.
