Mission of the Study Program
The mission of the Master Study Program in Emergency Management (MA) is fully aligned with the mission of the institution, as it is built upon the same core pillars: education (teaching and learning), research (scientific inquiry), and community service (contributing positively to the economic and social well-being of society).
The Emergency Management (MA) study program continues its positive academic tradition by applying innovative teaching methods, implementing advanced educational standards, and continuously reviewing and improving its mission through scientific research activities. At the same time, it contributes to the countrys development by preparing highly qualified experts in the field of emergency management.
Aim of the Study Program
The Master Study Program in Emergency Management (MA) aims to prepare and advance students to become competent and independent professionals capable of forecasting, designing, planning, and organizing preventive measures for protection, emergency response, operational management, relief, and recovery in emergency situations at both the national and international levels.
By combining theoretical knowledge, scientific research, and professional practice, the program seeks to develop experts capable of analysing and solving complex emergency management challenges while acting with professional responsibility, ethical integrity, and a strong commitment to protecting the population, material assets, and the environment.
