Quality Management Office

Quality assurance at the Branch level is managed by a Quality Management Office organized within the Branch itself, separate from the equivalent structure of the Center, but in full coordination with the institutional mechanisms of the Biznesi College. This office is responsible for the continuous monitoring of quality indicators.
