Occupational Safety and Health Expert

Level V of the National Qualifications Framework

The “Occupational Safety and Health Expert” program is a specialized professional training that prepares candidates for the management and implementation of safety standards in workplaces. The training is designed according to the requirements of the labor market and contemporary standards for the protection of workers, with a focus on preventing accidents and maintaining health at work.

During the program, participants will gain advanced knowledge of local and international legislation on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), the legal obligations of employers and the responsibilities of persons responsible for safety in various organizations and institutions.

An important part of the training is dedicated to the identification of risks in the workplace and the professional risk assessment for various job positions. Candidates will learn to analyze physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic risk factors, as well as to design preventive and protective measures to reduce incidents and accidents at work.

The program also includes organizing information and training for workers, raising awareness of occupational safety and effective ways of communicating within the organization regarding occupational safety procedures and standards.

Through monitoring and supervision modules, participants will be trained to control the implementation of safety measures, prepare professional reports and follow inspection and documentation procedures in accordance with legal requirements.

The training concludes with professional practice (Internship), where candidates will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in real work environments, preparing directly for the labor market and for practicing the profession in various industrial, manufacturing, construction and institutional sectors.
