Organizational Structure of Biznesi College (Kolegji Biznesi)

Kolegji Biznesi fulfills its mission through a combination of teaching, scientific, and administrative structures, organized into faculties, departments, and other specialized units. 1. Governance and Management Bodies

  • Board of Directors: The highest management body of the College, responsible for strategic planning, supervision, control, and overall management of institutional activities.
  • High Scientific Teaching Council (KLMSH): The highest academic authority, headed by the Dean, representing all academic and research units as well as student representatives. It oversees academic policies, curriculum development, and research activities.

2. Departments and Academic Councils

  • Each department has its own Teaching Council, led by the Head of Department, responsible for curriculum implementation, teaching processes, and academic coordination.
