The final consortium meeting of the LEADALKO Project was successfully held at WBU in Tirana, Albania, on 13 October 2026. Project partners discussed the preparation and finalisation of the remaining deliverables, reviewed the project's achievements, and coordinated the final reporting activities.

Particular attention was given to the sustainability of project results beyond its official completion, including integrating outcomes into institutional practices, maintaining cooperation among partners, and ensuring the continued application of project results over the next seven years. The fruitful meeting reaffirmed the consortium's commitment to preserving the project's impact and strengthening higher education governance and quality assurance across the region.
