The Final Conference of the LEADALKO Project, held on 12 October 2026 at Europe House in Tirana, Albania, brought together consortium partners and external stakeholders to celebrate the project's achievements and discuss its lasting impact on higher education governance.

The conference highlighted the successful cooperation among partners and the valuable contribution of ASCAL, which received high appreciation for its engagement and role in advancing quality assurance and institutional development. The project has established a strong foundation for improved governance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable cooperation among higher education institutions.

Looking ahead, the consortium is committed to ensuring the sustainability of LEADALKO results over the next seven years, integrating project outcomes into institutional practices and continuing to promote collaboration, quality assurance, and good governance across the region.
