As part of the Strategic Plan revision process, Kolegji Biznesi has successfully completed the consultation phase and the review of proposals submitted by the academic and administrative staff.

During this phase, the existing strategic objectives, planned activities, and performance indicators were carefully reviewed. Discussions also focused on updating the Strategic Plan in line with institutional developments, higher education trends, quality assurance requirements, and labour market needs.

As a result of the consultation process and the proposals provided by the academic and administrative staff, the draft Strategic Plan has been enhanced with a new strategic objective aimed at supporting the educational process and research activities through the integration and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), in line with contemporary developments in higher education. In addition, the existing strategic objectives and activities have been updated and aligned to further strengthen the institutional development and strategic priorities of Kolegji Biznesi.

Following the completion of this phase, the revised draft of the Strategic Plan 2025–2030 has been finalized and will be submitted to the competent governing bodies of Kolegji Biznesi for review and approval in accordance with the institution's established procedures.
