Kolegji Biznesi Launches a Labour Market Study and Needs Assessment for Its Study Programmes

By decision of the Governing Board, Kolegji Biznesi has initiated the Labour Market Study and Needs Assessment for its Study Programmes, with the aim of assessing current labour market demands and future workforce needs in the Republic of Kosovo.

The study will be conducted through a structured survey involving public institutions, private companies, financial institutions, non-governmental organisations, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders across different municipalities of Kosovo. Through questionnaires and data collection from employers and institutional representatives, the study will identify labour market needs, the most demanded professional profiles, and the key competencies required by employers.

The study will cover the following study programmes offered by Kolegji Biznesi:

Ø  MA in Management and Finance;

Ø  MA in Emergency Management;

Ø  BA in Management and Economics;

Ø  BA in Banking and Finance;

Ø  BSc in Computer Science;

Ø  LLB in Law;

Ø  BA in Emergency Management.

The findings of the study will serve as an important basis for the review and further development of study programmes, the alignment of curricula with labour market requirements, the strengthening of cooperation with employers, and the continuous enhancement of quality assurance and reaccreditation processes.

Through this initiative, Kolegji Biznesi reaffirms its commitment to developing study programmes that respond to the evolving needs of the labour market and to preparing graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by today's dynamic economic, technological, and social environment.
