As part of the activities of Biznesi Summer
School 2026, students from the Master's Programme in
Management and Finance and the Bachelor's Programme in
Management and Economics participated in a practical simulation
entitled "Company Management Simulation – Strategic Investment
Decision-Making."
The activity was designed to provide students with an
opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a realistic business
environment by assuming the roles of company managers and strategic
decision-makers. Working in teams, participants analyzed different business
scenarios, evaluated investment opportunities, and developed strategic
solutions aimed at improving organizational performance and competitiveness.
The simulation was organized by Assoc. Prof.
Dr. Betim Spahiu and was jointly led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Betim
Spahiu, Assist. Prof. Dr. Nexhmije Kabashi, and Assist.
Prof. Dr. Burim Morina. Throughout the activity, the academic staff
mentored the student teams, guided the strategic analysis and decision-making
process, and facilitated discussions and presentations of the proposed
solutions.
Through case analysis, collaborative discussions, and
strategic decision-making exercises, students strengthened their competencies
in strategic planning, financial analysis, investment management, teamwork, and
professional communication. At the conclusion of the simulation, each team
presented and justified its proposed business decisions based on the analyses
conducted during the exercise.
Practical simulations such as this represent an
important component of Biznesi Summer School 2026, reinforcing
the College's commitment to combining academic knowledge with real-world
application while preparing students to address the challenges of modern
business management and strategic decision-making.
