The LEADALKO Project Evaluation Meeting

The LEADALKO Project consortium successfully convened for a two-day evaluation workshop following the completion of the piloting phase of the Leadership Development Programme. The workshop brought together project partners to reflect on the implementation of the programme, evaluate its outcomes, and plan the final improvements that will further strengthen its quality, relevance, and long-term impact.

The first day of the workshop was dedicated to the evaluation of the Leadership Programme under Work Package 3 (WP3). Partners reviewed the piloting and delivery process of the programme across participating institutions and engaged in comprehensive discussions on participant feedback and the lessons learned throughout the implementation phase. The consortium identified the programme's strengths, discussed challenges encountered during the pilot activities, and explored opportunities for further enhancement. Based on the collective reflections and recommendations, partners agreed on the necessary revisions to the programme's structure, learning materials, and implementation approach in preparation for the final version of the Leadership Development Programme.

The second day focused on dissemination and sustainability activities. Project partners discussed the dissemination strategy and reviewed the achievements and results generated throughout the project. Particular attention was given to planning activities that will ensure the sustainability and long-term impact of the project outcomes beyond the project's lifetime. The session also included the presentation of Work Package 4 (WP4), highlighting future dissemination and exploitation actions. In addition, partners addressed project management matters and final reporting requirements, reaffirming their commitment to ensuring the successful completion and lasting legacy of the LEADALKO Project.

The two-day workshop represented an important milestone for the LEADALKO Project, providing an opportunity for reflection, collaborative learning, and strategic planning, while reinforcing the consortium's shared vision of strengthening leadership capacities and promoting sustainable development in higher education institutions across Albania and Kosovo.
