As part of the organization of professional roundtables and the contribution to raising professional awareness within the community and business sector, Kolegji Biznesi organized a professional roundtable on the topic “Prevention of Financial Fraud in Businesses”.

The purpose of this activity was to inform and raise participants’ awareness regarding the importance of identifying and preventing financial fraud, as well as strengthening financial control and management practices in organizations and businesses.

During the professional roundtable, the following topics were discussed:
• The most common forms of financial fraud in businesses
• The role of internal control and financial auditing
• Financial risk management and protection of company assets
• Financial transparency and the importance of accurate financial reporting

Through professional discussions and practical examples, participants had the opportunity to become familiar with the mechanisms for identifying financial irregularities and the methods for preventing them in practice.

This activity represents an important contribution to strengthening cooperation between academia, the community, and the business sector by promoting professional ethics, transparency, and financial security within organizations.

Biznsi College in cooperation with the Institute for Scientific Research and Development organized the 13th International Scientific Conference on the topic “Digital Future in the Economic, Legal and Emergency Fields”, which was held on 21.06.2026 in Pristina, with physical and online participation.

The conference brought together professors, researchers, experts, representatives of institutions, industry, alumni and students from various academic and professional fields, with the aim of addressing contemporary developments and the impact that digital transformation has on economics, computer sciences, law and emergency management.

Four scientific sessions were organized within the framework of the conference in the fields of economics, computer sciences, law and emergency management. During these sessions, a total of 66 scientific papers were presented by 114 local, regional and international authors and co-authors, with participants from Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro.

The papers and discussions focused on current topics of particular importance for the development of modern society, such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, FinTech, digital management, digital economy, data protection, digitalization of the legal system and the use of technology in emergency management.

An important part of the conference were also industry representatives and alumni, who contributed to the discussions on the importance of cooperation between academia and professional practice, as well as the need for the development of digital competencies in the modern labor market.

The organizers assessed that this conference represents an important platform for the promotion of scientific research, the exchange of ideas and the strengthening of academic and professional cooperation at the local and international levels. At the end of the conference, the main recommendations were presented, which aim to advance digitalization processes and deepen inter-institutional cooperation in relevant fields.

Biznesi College organizes a joint roundtable on the topic "Prevention of Financial Fraud in Business", which will be held on May 22, 2026. This roundtable aims to bring together representatives of academic institutions, economic experts, business representatives, as well as professionals in the field of finance and economic security.

During the activity, the most frequent forms of financial fraud affecting businesses will be addressed, the challenges that companies face in identifying and preventing them, as well as the importance of transparency, internal control and the use of modern financial protection mechanisms.

The roundtable will also serve as a platform for cooperation and exchange of experiences between the academic and private sectors, with the aim of raising awareness and strengthening professional practices for the protection of financial integrity in business.
