Biznesi College has successfully concluded the activities of Biznesi Summer School 2026, an intensive programme that brought together students, academic staff, national and international experts through a wide range of academic, professional, practical, and recreational activities.

Throughout the Summer School, participants took part in lectures delivered by international experts, interactive workshops, programme-based professional simulations, study visits to public institutions and private companies, as well as sports and social activities. These experiences contributed to strengthening students' knowledge, practical skills, teamwork, and professional competencies.

To mark the successful completion of the programme, the Closing Meeting of the Biznesi Summer School 2026 Organizing Committee was held. During the meeting, the academic and organizational staff reviewed the implementation of the planned activities, evaluated the overall outcomes of the programme, and reflected on the experiences gained throughout the Summer School. The discussion also focused on strengthening institutional cooperation, enhancing student engagement, and identifying recommendations and new ideas for the further development of future editions.

As part of the activities of Biznesi Summer School 2026, students from the Master's Programme in Emergency Management at Biznesi College conducted a study visit to the Professional Fire and Rescue Unit in Kaçanik to gain first-hand insight into the organization, operations, and responsibilities of emergency response services.

During the visit, students were welcomed by the management and professional staff of the unit, who presented its organizational structure, operational responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms for responding to fires, natural disasters, traffic accidents, and other emergency situations.

Students had the opportunity to become familiar with specialized firefighting and rescue equipment, emergency response vehicles, standard operating procedures, incident management practices, operational planning, and the importance of interagency cooperation in emergency management. Through practical demonstrations and professional discussions, participants gained valuable insight into the challenges and responsibilities associated with the firefighting and rescue profession.

The study visit was conducted in the presence of Assist. Prof. Dr. Rushan Ceka, who accompanied the students throughout the activity and contributed to professional discussions on emergency preparedness, interinstitutional coordination, and effective response to emergency situations. The visit enabled students to connect the theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies with the real-world practices of the Professional Fire and Rescue Unit, further strengthening their understanding of emergency management and public safety.

During the visit, students were welcomed by the management and professional staff of the unit, who introduced them to the organizational structure, institutional responsibilities, and operational procedures applied in responding to fires, traffic accidents, natural disasters, and other emergency situations.

Participants had the opportunity to become familiar with modern firefighting and rescue vehicles, specialized rescue equipment, personal protective gear, communication systems, and standard emergency response procedures. Through professional presentations and practical demonstrations, students gained valuable knowledge about operational planning, incident management, interinstitutional coordination, and the importance of rapid and effective emergency response in protecting lives and property.

The study visit was conducted in the presence of Assist. Prof. Dr. Adem Musliu and Assist. Prof. Dr. Milazim Shabani, who accompanied the students throughout the activity and contributed to professional discussions on emergency management, disaster risk reduction, and the integration of theoretical knowledge with real-world practices in emergency response and public safety institutions.
