Organizational structure and Bylaws

The College “Business realizes its mission through teaching, scientific, administrative structures. The structure of the College "Business" is organized on the basis of faculties, departments and other academic and administrative units.

The highest management body in the College of Business is the Board of Directors, which is responsible for planning, controlling and managing the activity.

The highest academic body is the High Scientific Teaching Council (KLMSH), headed by the dean. The Council represents all academic and research units, as well as student representatives.Meanwhile, within the departments there are teaching councils, with which the heads of the departments lead.

Within the College there are working commissions such as: the Commission for the admission of students; Commission for the evaluation of the commitment of the academic staff, Commission for the equivalence of grades and curricula, Commission for quality control of studies, Commission for review of complaints, Disciplinary Commission, Commission for cooperation and public relations, etc.

Academic development units take care of the development of the learning process; for research and development of activities in the study work; for the management of other support units, oriented to help studies.

The research unit is composed of the Institute for Scientific Research (ISR), with units within it, which deals with economic-legal research and the training and development of academic staff.Within the support unit there is the General Administration Service, which is a support unit for academic and student affairs. This support unit is headed by the director. The general administration service has the following sectors: Administrative Affairs Sector, Logistics Support Sector and Financial Affairs Sector.

At the College of Business there is also the Office for Quality Assessment (OQA), which is managed by the director of the office and support staff as well as the coordinator of ECTS.

Within the general organizational structure of the College "Business", the Service for master studies also functions, as a separate unit within the College “Biznesi”.
